Equities trading on the floor of The Nigeria Stock Exchange yesterday closed green when twin indicators, The All-share Index and market capitalisation appreciated by 0.47 per cent each.

The All-Share index rose by 153.65 basis points or 0.47 per cent to close at 32,981.63 points from 32,827.98 points it closed on Tuesday, while Market Capitalisation surged by N53.1 billion, to close at N11.367 trillion from N11.314 trillion it closed previously.

7Up Bottling Company led the gainers’ table, as it added 723 kobo to close at N89.23 per share, followed by Seplat Petroleum Development Company which added 500 kobo to close at N470.00 per share, among others.

Conversely, Total Conoil led decliners’ table as it depreciated by 166 kobo to close at N31.55 per share, Oando dropped 25 kobo to close at N8.15 per share, United Capital lost 24 kobo to close at N3.05 per share, while National Salt Company of Nigeria depreciated by 24 kobo to close at N9.06 per share, among others.
