Osinbajo says Kidnapped Lagos students will return soon

The Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, on Sunday assured Nigerians that the six students kidnapped from the Lagos State Model College, Igbonla-Epe, on May 25 would soon regain their freedom.

According to some messages posted on Twitter by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande, the Acting President spoke in an interview with journalists in Lagos.

He was said to have described the experience of the kidnapped students’ parents as traumatic.

Osinbajo, therefore, urged the parents and guardians of the kidnapped boys not to lose hope on the return of their children and wards.

The Acting President was also said to have advised children who are on holidays to learn something new that would impact their lives and those of their communities.
