Presidential aspirant, Jonah David Jang, promised that he will revamp the economy of the country and restructure the anti corruption bodies so that they would no longer be percieved as hunting political opponents.
he also said that he would not step down for any other aspirant, nothing that his party cannot ask him to do so.
Jang made this known yersterday while submitting his presidential forms to the national secretariat of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja.
The former governor of Plateau State was welcomed by crowd of supporters and accompanied by prominent politicians when he submitted his expression of interest form and nomination form to officially express his interest to contest in the 2019 presidential election.
according to the presidential aspirant who currently represents plateau North in the National Assembly, the economy, corruption, transportation, among others are in dire need of attention.
he assured Nigerians that if he is given the mandate come 2019 to govern the country, Boko Haram terrorism and herdsmen menace will be history.
Jang accused the All Progressives Congress, APC-led administration of being unable to utilize the armed forces to end recurring cases of killings in the country.
the senator also claimed that the APC has rubbished everything that the PDP achieved in 16 years.
