INEC Chairman, Yakubu must be arrested, court insists

The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday insisted that the Inspector-General of Police must arrest and produce the Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu in court on Aug. 16.
