Plateau Killings: Buratai charges troops to be aggressive, decisive against bandits.

Seven persons have been arrested by the police in connection with an alleged killing of three people in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.

Spokesman of the State Police Command, Tyopev Mathias Terna who confirmed the arrest in a statement on Tuesday said the seven suspects were apprehended following complaint jointly lodged at its Bukuru Police Division by one Musa Ahmadu and two others that some youths from Gura-Riyom in Sot Ward of Gyel under Jos South Local Government Area attacked and killed some of their family members

The names of the family members killed ,according to the complainant were given as Aminu Adam Angara 36yrs old, Daniel from Manga village and Aisha Musa 40yrs old.

The victims  were  said to be on their way from Sabongida Kanang when they were killed

The statement said upon receiving the report, police detectives were mobilised to the scene of crime which led to the arrest of the seven suspects

The statement added that investigation into the killings have commenced while the suspects were kept in police custody
