NAPTIP Seeks More Collaboration With Edo Judiciary Against Human Trafficking

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) is seeking more collaborations with the Edo State judiciary to combat the trend of human trafficking in the state.

The Director-General of NAPTIP, Juli Okah-Donli, made the appeal during a visit to the Chief Judge of the state on Wednesday.

She commended the chief judge for designating two courts for expeditious handling of cases of human trafficking.

The NAPTIP team also inaugurated empowerment projects for rescued victims of human trafficking in Benin City the state capital.
