Chairman of CAN in Jos East LGA, Rev James Kantoma & Traditional Ruler Regains Freedom

Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria in Jos East Local Government Area of Plateau state, Reverend James Kantoma and a traditional ruler in the state, Ugoh Adams Ababs, who were kidnapped by gunmen have regained their freedom.
Jay FM had reported that the two individuals were kidnapped separately by gunmen on Sunday.
While Kantoma who is also the Catholic priest in charge of St Anthony’s Parish in Jos East LGA was kidnapped at his church compound in Angware community, the traditional ruler was abducted when the gunmen attacked his palace in Amo district, Bassa Local Government Area of the state.
Some residents of Angware and Amo communities confirmed the release of the two men in separate interviews with Jay FM in Jos on Thursday.
The two victims were in stable conditions but were undergoing treatment and rehabilitation after suffering varying degrees of traumatic experiences.
