Expert lauds Association of National Accountants of Nigeria’s unique system

The President and Chairman of Council of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, ANAN, CANON Emeritus Osisioma is saying that the ANAN College has advanced the science of Accountancy and brought to reality the unique school system philosophy proposed by the Association.
CANON Osisioma who is also the Chairman Board of Governors stated this during the presentation of Fellowship awards and 10th Convocation ceremony for Courses 27 and 28 with 5, 650 Graduands at the Nigerian College of Accountancy, NCA, in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau state.
Also speaking at the ceremony was the Director General of NCA, Dr. Friday Akpan who says as professionals, they had critical roles to play in the country.
The Plateau state Governor, Simon Lalong, who was represented by the Secretary to the Government of the state, SGS, Danladi Atu, promised that the state government will provide the College with a vehicle and contribute to the building of a college library.
Speaking on behalf of the recipients the Commissioner for Finance Yobe state Honorable Isah Mustapha stressed that they will continue to invest in education and be transparent in accountability and also made a pledge of N20m from Yobe and Gombe state.
