Mutfwang presents N295 billion 2024 Appropriation Bill

Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang presents N295 billion as the 2024 Draft Appropriation Bill that defines all Estimates of the Revenue and Expenditure of Plateau State tagged the Budget of New Beginnings to the members of the Plateau state House of Assembly.
He said the budget is aimed at laying a solid foundation for the Peace and Prosperity of Plateau State in line with the vision and mission of the present administration to intervene in the area of security, Agriculture, human capital development, public health, industrialization and aggressive revenue generation during plenary in Jos.
Governor Mutfwang explained that the 2024 proposed budget is over N295 with a recurrent component of over N157 billion representing 53.33% of the total budget size and capital estimate of over N137 billion representing 46.66% of the total budget estimate as the.
The total budget size shows an increase of N145 billion over the 2023 approved budget.
