Presidency reveals German Chancellor to visit Nigeria in October

The German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will visit Nigeria in October as part of moves to further strengthen economic ties between both nations.
Presidential aide Ajuri Ngelale made this known in a statement he issued on yesterday, Sunday 10th September.
According to him, the decision was reached on the sidelines of the G-20 meeting in New Delhi, India, where President Bola Tinubu and the German leader met.
After meeting the German leader, Tinubu also held talks with his South Korean counterpart Yoon Suk Yeol who commended the President’s regional leadership.
