Senator Jang describes Lalong administration as plateau’s worst nightmare

Former governor of Plateau state, Senator Dr. Jonah Jang has equated the Lalong-led administration to an unfortunate nightmare in the overall history of the state, saying that no well-meaning citizen will wish the people a repeat of such.
In a statement by his media consultant, Comrade Clinton Garuba, Jang says rather than sober enough to exit office quietly without having to insult the sensibilities of the Plateau people, the Blunder and gaffes that have characterized his eight years are still much in place.
Jang says aside the wanton killings and blood-letting under his watch, Lalong spent 8 years supervising the undoing of previous administrations’ programmes, projects and policies which had set the state on the path to sustainable progress and development.
He notes that but for the recent distortion of facts and barefaced lies of the governor who said there was no road network in the state capital in his attempt to water down the enviable milestones of the Jang administration, it would have been better to pray he exits government quietly.
The statement adds that rather than pay attention to securing lives and property in the state, the Government is rather hurriedly commissioning projects, some of which it even inherited as ongoing projects of the Jang administration to cover for 8 years of nothingness.
Senator Jang therefore commiserates with all the grieving communities and joins in wishing that the swearing-in of the coming administration will bring succor to the people and return the state to the path of progress and development.
