The Chairman elect of Jos North Local Government Council Shehu Bala Usman says he will operate an open-door policy to carry everybody along irrespective of political, religious and ethnic differences

Usman stated this while receiving his certificate of return as Chairman elect of Jos North Local Council at the Headquarters of the Plateau State Independent National Election Commission PLASEIC in Jos.
Usman appreciated the effort of the PLASEIC for ensuring a peaceful process.
He also commended the police, and other security agencies for their efforts before, during and after the election.
The Chairman elect said his administration will consolidate on the peace and development of the area to take jos North to a tourist haven.
He used the occasion to called on the peace and good people of Jos North Local Government Area to join hands with his administration to develop the locality.
He explained that the outcome of the election who saw his emergence as Chairman is a victory for all as he in a no Victor and no vanguish position.
He appreciated the various Youths, Development Associations, JNI, CAN, Women for contributing their quota to development of democracy in the area adding that he will forever remain gratitude to all.
